Brave group Inc. Announced on December 19, 2023 (PST) that it has Raised 3.11 Billion yen in Funding, Bringing the Total Amount Raised to Approx. 5.8 Billion yen.

Brave group conducted a Series D Second Close with a private placement to existing and new investors, a share repurchase from existing shareholders, and a loan from a bank. The total amount of the Series D round is 3.11 billion yen, bringing the cumulative amount raised since inception to approximately 5.8 billion yen.
The company plans to use the funding to further promote its global IP business, strengthen management integration and alliances, and in Japan, promote regional revitalization efforts.
