Former Morning Musume｡ Goto Maki to debut as VTuber “Vgoma (V GOTOMAKI)”

Virtual Avex Inc. Announced on October 23, 2023 (PST), Goto Maki (affiliation: Avex Management / former Morning Musume。) will Make her Debut as a VTuber “Vgoma (V GOTOMAKI)”.

The content was announced on her official YouTube channel as a new project for the 25th anniversary of Goto Maki’s debut in 2024.

Vgoma (V GOTOMAKI)” is “15-year-old Goto Maki, a virtual character who has traveled back in time from 2001.” She will be streaming and posting videos on her newly established Vgoma channel. The first streaming is scheduled to start at 3am on October 26.

On October 28th, a “Vgoma 3D Unveiling” and live singing will be held on Metaverse. She will also be appearing in the virtual idol festival “Life Like a Live! 6” in November, and she plans to try out various activities unique to “Vgoma”, such as singing, dancing, and game commentary.
