It has been Confirmed that VTuber Luca Kaneshiro (Affiliation: NIJISANJI EN (New)) has Received Suggestions that Other Companies’ Copyrighted Material and Fan Art may have been Used without Permission in Connection with His Streaming.
On August 4, Luca Kaneshiro unveiled his new outfit and background image in a streaming video. Some viewers and fans pointed out that the Sanrio character “Pom Pom Purin” and fan art were used without permission in the streaming video.
It was later confirmed that the relevant parts of the streaming archive have been blurred out.

I’ve seen this, but I think it’s a little too much of a quip, a little too much of an accusation for any of the stones.
I’m sure the person pointing this out will get a disclosure request.
