We have long established an Slander Countermeasures Committee and have been responding to acts of slander against VSPO! talents on SNS and websites such as YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and 5ch. has recently identified a person who repeatedly engages in slanderous acts, etc., and has entered into a partnership with this person to delete all articles posted about talents belonging to our group, including VSPO! (including not posting any more in the future.), we are pleased to report that a settlement has been reached in which the person concerned will pay compensation for damages.
The person in question had posted numerous articles that were slanderous and infringed on the privacy of VSPO! talents, and as part of the activities of the Slander Countermeasures Committee, court proceedings were carried out to identify the person. I did.
Furthermore, as a result of filing a claim for damages against the specified person, the Company acknowledges that it will no longer publish articles about talents affiliating to the Group, including VSPO!, now and in the future, and that the Company has suffered significant damage. In part, a settlement was reached in which compensation of 1,164,300 yen was immediately paid, and the settlement amount was recovered in full.
We believe that we were able to achieve these results thanks to the cooperation of our fans who were concerned about slanderous acts against VSPO! and affiliating talents, and who supported us.

In order for everyone to be able to enjoy attractive characters and content with peace of mind, the Slander Countermeasures Committee is currently working to protect posters and sites from defamatory acts on various SNS and websites such as Roundup Blogs. We are proceeding with multiple court proceedings against the operator, and will continue to carry out similar court proceedings and claims for damages (including criminal proceedings depending on the case).
