VTuber Rakkun Reported on February 11, 2024 (PST) that she had Succeeded in Denying a Request from her Former Affiliated VTuber Agency OWOZU, for Full Repayment of Donations Used for Surgery and Other.

OWOZU has recently come under scrutiny for the possibility that some of talents may have left the company on the same day due to psychological and sexual harassment at work. Various information, including those of undetermined authenticity, has been circulating in Latin America, particularly in Spanish-speaking countries, leading to increased criticism by listeners and fans.
On January 31, Rakkun announced that OWOZU, to which he belonged, was demanding full repayment of donations used to pay for his surgery and other expenses.
And now, Rakkun has reported that this request on the part of OWOZU has been rejected by PayPal.
