VTuber Sata Nakia (Independent) confessed some of thumbnail image have been stolen.

We have been receiving a number of cases where our ASMR distribution thumbnail designs have been imitated or duplicated beyond reference.
We have received damage from VTubers affiliated with companies, VTubers with the same number of channel subscribers, and other influential VTubers.

Even though I know that the ASMR thumbnails will be similar in content, I am convinced at first glance that the design is a total rip-off of my thumbnail, which is unacceptable.
It is not to the extent that some elements have been incorporated, but rather, the entire phrase used, letter placement, fonts, ornaments, coloring, etc., have been traced directly from the content.
In some cases, the entire content of the delivery is copied, including the title and summary section, in addition to the thumbnail.

So far, we have contacted them by means that are not open to the public, such as direct mail, and they have acknowledged the fact of the steal and replaced the thumbnail with a new one.
We have been trying to solve the problem behind the scenes for both ourselves and the other party, but it has taken a lot of time and effort to contact each case individually and discuss it with them.
I feel that I have reached my physical and mental limits in continuing to respond in this way while carrying out my own delivery activities as usual.

Therefore, from now on, as soon as we find any plagiarism that exceeds the limits, we will post your name and a comparison image on Twitter without warning, and report the damage.
