VTuber Dokibird (Independent) Reached 700K Official YouTube Channel Subscribers on May 6, 2024 (PST).
On February 5, ANYCOLOR announced that it had terminated its contract with Selen Tatsuki (Dokibird was reportedly the actor) due to “Repeated contract violations and misleading and false statements on social networking sites“. Furthermore, the company’s IR announcement, including the “Impact of Business Performance is Negligible,” has been the source of intense criticism among VTuber listeners and fans.

I never thought I had a future in this since I can’t sing nor have the talent to be an entertainer so to make it this far is surprising for me. It’s a really lonely world out there but streaming and making you all laugh and seeing the love from my dragoons makes it a little less lonely.
I’ll have a belated gift to thank all of you soon. I hope we can keep moving forward and just enjoy each day we have together. Thank you for being here and still supporting me after everything.
