A Number of Users have Reported a Series of Problems with the Official Online Store of VTuber Group NIJISANJI and NIJISANJI EN (New), operated by ANYCOLOR Inc. “NIJISANJI Official Store” after its Reopening on April 30 (PST).
The following are just a few examples of the problems that have been reported by our customers.
- The corresponding product is not displayed and cannot be selected
- Payment processing errors occur
- Unable to download digital products after purchase
- Music that has nothing to do with the purchased digital product is played
- The digital product I purchased is from a different talent or a talent who is no longer with us (e.g., Zaion LanZa)
- Digital products are out of stock
- Shipping charges are incurred for digital products
- After PayPay payment, the digital product does not appear in the purchase history and cannot be downloaded
